Oh, No! No internet at the hotel last night

We were not able to get on the internet last night, so couldn't blog or post pictures.
Lynn ready to leave our hotel in Paris.

The restaurant where we ate three of our dinners.

View from the Eurostar.

I wish I could say this was an artsy pic of a guy's Edmonton Oilers t-shirt, but it was an accident.  I met this guy from Calgary on a university trip.  Turns out he is a huge Zags fan (since they get Spokane TV in Calgary) and he was glad to know that KHQ will broadcast 16 games this year.  He was very knowledgeable about the Zags back to before Adam Morrison, so we had a great chat about all the guys.  Turns out he went to high school with Manny Arop, a Zag Player for two years who left this year for a school in Indiana.

Most of the train pictures did not turn out because it goes so fast.  This is as we were entering the chunnel, so they had slowed down.

Sign at the beginning of the chunnel.

In the snack bar while going through the tunnel.

Lynn getting off the train.

Today we went with our nephew Matthew to see Sudeley Castle in Gloucestershire.  We don't have the cord to load the pics, so I will have to post the pictures later.

Sudeley castleis best known as the home of Katherine Parr, the last wife of Henry the 8th.  Most of the castle was "slighted" by Oliver Cromwell's forces, but part of it has been restored, so it was pretty interestin.

We just had a pub lunch, where we are using the internet.
